Shri Guru Nanak Bakshish Saheb Gurudwara Mandla
Rani Avanti Bai of Ramnagar fought with the Britishers and saved the kingdom being captured by the British. After the queen, Durgavati fought with Asaf Khan, the Mughal viceroy, bravely and had to end her life due to the unaffordable floods during the fight and Asaf Khan got the great treasure-the whole kingdom and from then on the place of Mandla lost its charm.
However the visit of the Guruji to this holy place changed their fortune in the later years and several historical events have taken place here including the British invasion. Narmada River flows on three sides of Mandla and the Shri Gurunanak Bakshish Saheb Gurudwara is centrally located in this beautiful city in Madhya Pradesh in India.
