Gurudwara Singh Sabha is situated in Nawanshahr, Punjab, India. The Gurudwara is popular amongst the Sikh devotees for years. This is a holy place where the Sikh people gather and worship in collectivity to the Gurus.

In the year 2008, the name of the city Nawanshahr was renamed as Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar by the government to honor the Indian Martyr Shahid Bhagat Singh.

History

Gurudwara Singh Sabha represents the divine culture of Sikhism for years. The Gurudwara was built in the year 1928 by the local committee. There were 25 members of the committee who played a major role in building the Gurudwara Singh Sabha in Nawanshahr. They worked hard for the collection of the funds.

After the satisfactory work of the committee, they formulated a board of five (5) members to take care of this Gurudwara. After that they constructed a school, a langar khana and a new hall in the Gurudwara.
