Gurudwara Patshahi Dasvin Sulhar
Gurudwara Patshahi Dasvin is a Sikh shrine located at Sulhar Village at 10 kilometers distance in the south-west direction of Ambala City. This Gurudwara has the importance of the visit by Guru Gobind Singh made when he camped at Lakhnaur during 1670-71.
This Gurudwara is raised in the form of an old double-storey building with domes at the top established to commemorate the holy visit of the 10th Sikh Guru and the shrine is situated at the northwest direction of the Village. There is a spacious divan-hall attached to this Gurudwara which was added in 1951.
The affairs of this Gurudwara are managed by a local committee affiliated to Shiromam Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee

- Lakhnaur, the place to which Mata Gujri, the mother of Guru Gobind Singh, belongs.
- Ambala, a prominent location in Haryana, housing a number of Sacred Shrines of Sikhs.
- Bhano Kheri, a village where Guru Gobind Singh threw away a ball during his childhood and in the spot where he picked up the ball, the famous Gurudwara Gend Sahib Patshahi Dasvin is now located.
- Bhikhan Shah or Shah Bhikh, Pir, is the place where Guru Gobind Singh met Pir Bhikhaan Shah in 1672, while the Pir had informed the world that Guru was a divine person who would treat Hindus and Muslims in equal terms.
- Hasanpur Qabulpur is a twin village where the Gurudwara Patshahi Naumi Ate Dasmi is situated and managed by a joint committee of both the villages, Hasanpur and Qabulpur.
- Ioh Simbli is the place where the historical shrine, Gurudwara Manji Sahib Patshahi X is situated.
- Mardon is the location where Gurudwara Mardori Sahib Patshahi 9 ate 10 is situated on the right bank of the Tarigririver.
- Nanheri is a village where Gurudwara Patshahi IX ate X exists which was established commemorating the visits of Guru Tegh Bahadur and Guru Gobind Singh.
- Rani Majra is the place where a historical shrine dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh, who had visited this place during his childhood.
- Saina Saiyaddan is a village where there exist two historical Gurudwaras Damdama Sahib and Jaura Sahib
- Tharva is a village where a three roomed Gurudwara Guru Gobind Singh Sahib, maintained by the village sangat for commemorating the visits of Guru Gobind Singh.
How to Reach
Sulhar is approachable by Ambala-Pehowa road and the link road to Sulhar from this road branches off at Village Bulana. The destination Ambala has connectivity by air, rail and road.
Ambala has a domestic airport enabling air travel from various destinations of the country, particularly through frequent flights from Delhi. Likewise, there is a Shatabdi Express plying between Ambala and Delhi, which is a superfast and prestigious train service.
Sulhar is closer to NH65 leading to Ambala from Delhi and a number of buses run in this route, enabling bus transport from any part of the country.
