Gurudwara Bibeksar

Gurudwara Bibeksar is situated in Amritsar, Punjab. It is made in the memory of a famous Sikh- Harmandir Sahib. He was said to be the landmark of the Sikhs. The surrounding consists of beautiful scenery. This scenery includes big trees, rivers, birs and other natural beauty.

History

There are some stories related to the history of Gurudwara Bibeksar. It is said that Guru Hargobind Singh Ji used to rest here. After long rides, he comes and ties his horse to the famous Kareer tree. He liked this place because it always gave peace and rest to his body and soul. While laying aside a holy river, he also promoted religious beliefs among the people. He spread Sikhism everywhere in the society.

The interiors and exteriors of Gurudwara Bibeksar are very beautiful and fascinating. Outer structure and designs are very attractive. Inner walls are decorated with beautiful pictures and quotes. The whole Gurudwara only spread religious beauty all around its environment.
