Gurudwara Guru Ki Wadali
This Gurudwara is found in the Village of Guru Ki Wadali in the district city of Amritsar. It is about 8 Km away from Amritsar city. It was Guru Hargobind Sahib who was the sixth Guru of the Sikhs who was born here on June 14th 1595 at village Wadali. The Gurudwara was later named as Guru Ki Wadali.
History
It was in this Gurudwara Guru Ki Wadali that the 5th Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Arjun Dev Ji used to sit and supervise the work of Bhai Sahari Ji who used to till the land in order to produce grains for the Guru Ka Langar also known as the community kitchen of Guru J. It was here that a well was also built by the Guru which can still be found here. Here also exists the Gurudwara janamasthan Patshahi Chhevin which is also famously known as Atari Sahib. It is significant as the place where Guru Arjan lived. It is also a place where Guru Hargobind was born.

By Air

Amritsar is connected to India by a vast railway network, connecting it to most of the major cities in the country. Being centrally located, it is some 15 minutes drive to the Golden Temple.

The city of Amritsar is situated on the historic Grand Trunk Road also known as National Highway 1. Many bus services from all over India connect the place.
On reaching Amritsar and the Golden temple, this Gurudwara is about 8 kms from the Amritsar city. You can take the local mode of transportation to reach this Gurudwara.
