Gurudwara Lohgarh
This Lohgarh Sahib Gurudwara has been situated at Village Dina which is 15 kms southern of the Nihal Wala Singh in Mogh District, Punjab. Basically, this is the Nihal Barnala Wala Singh Road and this road is in the good condition. This is situated 6 kms away from the Salatwatpura and also 12 kms from the Nihal Wala Singh as well as 14 kms from Bhadur.
History
Guru Gobind Ji had evacuated Anandpur Sahib in December 1705 and had lived at this place for few years. Guruji had also served the grandsons of local Roj Jodh Chief with complete devotion. They fought on side of the Hargobind Guru Ji during the battle of Mehraj that had taken place in December month 1634 A.D. Guruji has also enlisted the names of Sikh warriors of Brar Clan. This was also the place where Guruji had written the famous letter to the Aurangzeb Emperor which was in the Persian Language that is Zafarnama. However, the place mentioned in this Zafarnama is Kangar located 2 kms southern of Dina. One of the Commemorative Shrines that have been established is named as Lohgarh Gurudwara Sahib. He has also dispatched the Zafarnama lit. This was also the victory letter via Daya Bhai Singh and also Dharam Bhai Singh Ji. Two of these five had relocated from the northern till Deccan and established their new capital region. Guru Nanak Ji and Guru Gobind Ji Divas are celebrated with great enthusiasm.
