Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Gaya
Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji is situated on the banks of River Phalgu that is an offshoot of River Ganges. It is one of the Sikh and Hindu pilgrimage places and many Sikhs, Hindus visit this pilgrimage centre to perform various rituals that are carried out by the priests. The major ceremony performed here is to seek blessings of the ancestors.
The two Gurus who visited this place during their life span were Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. The operations of the Gurudwara are under the supervision of Udasi priests. Like in any other Gurudwara, this Gurudwara also houses three copies of Granth Sahib Ji whose scripts has been written in Gurmukhi and Devnagri has been placed on the podium.
