Gurudwara Dasvin Patshahi Kurukshetra
Gurudwara Dasvin Patshahi is a shrine in Mohalla Saudagaran in Thanesar, in its north western part, close to the tomb of Sheikh Chilli, who was a legendary humorist. It is a Manji Sahib with a small dome in a house which was once used by Pandit Moti Ram, who had accepted the alms of Guru Gobind Singh, with humility a donkey got loaded with costly presents. It is believed that the Guru Gobind Singhji visited Moti Ram's house at the latter’s request, when he gave him the dagger and the hukamnama here, during his visit to Kurukshetra in 1702-03.

- Gurudwara Raj Ghat Patshahi Dasvin is a shrine established by the Manji Sahib to commemorate the visit of Guru Gobind Singh during the solar eclipse of 1702, which is of a single flat roofed square hall, positioned at the northwestern edge of the holy tanks at the spot where the Guru had laid his tents to stay.
- Gurudwara Chhevin Patshahi is established in honor of Guru Hargobind who visited Thanesar during 1638 for the solar eclipse fair and it is situated next to Senaya Tank. Guruji had had his visits to this place earlier times too when he had spent quite a few days during his return trip after visiting Nanak Mata. The devotees here had seen Holy Gurus, in attires of celibacy, Guru Hargobind Singhji surprised them with his appearance with arms and weapons with an entourage of armed attendants. Only after hearing Guruji’s discourses later, their doubts got cleared in respect of his holiness and spiritual prowess. The location where the Guru had stayed during his visit was later chosen as the place for this Gurudwara which was raised during the break of 20th century.
- Gurudwara Siddh Bati Patshahi Pahili is the Gurudwara receiving all the praise from Holy Guru Nanakji as he visited Kurukshetra at the time of solar eclipse fairs. This Gurudwara lies in the southern bank of the sacred holy tank where Guru Nanakji held his spiritual discourses, but the original shrine having been destroyed during Mughal and Afghan attacks, the present shrine was newly constructed.
- Guru Amar Das and Guru HarRai are both honored by the shrines Gurudwara Tisari and Satvin Patshahi which is located half a kilometer away from Thanesar railway station and this is another important place to visit. It is noteworthy that the visit of Guru Amar Das has been recorded in the holy hymns appearing in Guru Granth Sahib.
- Gurudwara Navin Patshahi is another place to visit which is situated north of the Thanesar old town. This shrine is dedicated to Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh whose visit to this place is considered a great honor to the devotees of this place.
How to Reach Kurukshetra City
Kurukshetra is a historical central located 160 Kilometers North of Delhi. This place can also be reached by 39 Kilometers travel from Karnal, likewise one can reach this place in 40 Kilometers drive from Ambala. Pipliroad junction point in the National Highway No.1 aka the Grand Trunk Road is just 6 km away from Kurukshetra.
Kurukshetra has rail links through its Railway Junction which is in main Delhi-Ambala Railway route, and all important trains have a stop at this historically important destination.
New Delhi airport and Chandigarh airport are the nearby airports to Kurukshetra.
