Brief Description
Tofu Paratha is a famous Indian breakfast recipe. It is at its best while having it with curd or any kind of pickle.
Ingredients of Tofu Paratha
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 oz Firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup Cooked Tur Dal
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Jeera Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Dhania Powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 25 minutes Servings 4 How to make Tofu Paratha
- In a bowl collect all ingredients and mix it well to make dough. Covered it and keep it aside for an hour.
- Now take a portion of dough, make a ball of it, and give it a disc shape.
- Preheat the griddle on a low flame, when hot put the paratha over it.
- Cook the paratha by applying oil to it until the color of both the sides changes to light golden brown.
