    Chicken Seekh Kebab

    Brief Description

    Minced Chicken or chicken keema is grind with spice powders, corn flour, and garlic-ginger paste. Then it is rolled over the skewer or bamboo shoots. It is a delicious recipe and good to be consider as a starter.

    Ingredients for Chicken Seekh Kebab

    • Full boneless pieces of chicken - 1
    • Boiled potatoes - 2 medium size
    • Finely chopped carrot - 1
    • Finely chopped capsicum - 1 medium sized
    • Sliced onions - 1 small
    • Powder of corn flour - 1 tablespoon
    • Breadcrumbs - 5 tablespoon
    • Finely chopped green chilies - 2
    • hot sauce
    • sweet sauce/ ketchup
    • vinegar – 1to 2 teaspoon
    • salt as needed
    • pepper as needed
    • Eggs – 2 to3 beated

    Chicken Seekh Kebab

    How to make Chicken Seekh Kebab

    • Boil the pieces of chicken.
    • Now mash the boiled potatoes and mix with the sliced chicken breasts, onions, capsicum, and carrot.
    • After wards add all kind of sauces as per needed, powder of corn flour, vinegar, finely chopped green chilies, pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
    • Mix all this mixture properly, roll them, and give them a kebab shape thin and long rounded.
    • Now marinate each Seekh kebab into remaining breadcrumbs and then dip them into beaten eggs.
    • Heat oil in a sauce pan. Deep fry those Seekh kebabs until their color changes to golden brown.
    • Serve immediately with mint chutney, fresh slices of lime, and rings of onions.

    Some Useful Tips

    • One can increase or decrease the quantity of green chilies into the chicken according to your taste.
    • The chicken can be greased with butter and can be cooked in an oven instead of following the above process.
