Chicken Pepper Fry
Brief Description
Chicken Pepper fry is a Tamil Nadu famous cuisine. It is very spicy and delicious dish.
Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Chicken Pepper Fry
- 300 gms - Chicken
- 75 gms - Onion
- 5 gms - Curry leaves
- Salt acc to taste
- 20 ml - Oil
- 10 gms - Garlic
- 2 gms – Turmeric powder
- 5 gms - Chilli powder
- 10 gms - Pepper corns
- 3 gms - Cumin
- 5 gms - Ginger
How to make Chicken Pepper Fry
- Wash pieces of the chicken.
- Take a wok; add washed chicken and a small cup of water. Also add salt and all the ground spices. Cook the chicken until it gets tender.
- Now add fried chopped onions to the chicken and curry leaves also. Cook until onions get tender in another sauce pan.
- Add already cooked chicken into the sauce pan.
- Fry for some time.
- Now chicken pepper fry is ready to serve.

- When you are going to add chicken to the saucepan, first add one piece of chicken and check. Then only add other pieces.
