Brief Description
Mooli Ka Paratha is a very famous recipe. It is very easy to make. You can have it with dahi or any kind of butter. It is rich in dietary fiber.
Ingredients of Mooli Ka Paratha
- 2 Raddish
- Wheat Flour- 3 cup
- Ghee- 2 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 2
- Amchur Powder -1/2 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder( Haldi)- 1/8 tablespoon
- Salt Acc to Taste
- Water as Required.

- Grate raddish properly.
- Add salt to it according to taste and keep aside for some time.
- Now grated raddish contain water, so squeeze out enough water from the mixture.
- Now add finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and salt to the mixture.
- Add 1 tablespoon to the mixture and also the remaining ingredients.
- Mix wheat flour and water in a bowl to make dough.
- Make rolls from dough and give them a disc shape.
- Now place the stuffing into the center of the paranthe and make roll again by sealing all the edges properly.
- Preheat the non stick tava on a griddle, apply some oil over it, place the paratha on it and cook.
- Cook the paratha until it’s both sides color changes to light golden brown.
- Serve hot paratha with curd or any kind of pickle.
