Brief Description
Follow this recipe and learn how to make a Gobi ka paratha. It is very popular breakfast recipe which goes well with pickles and curd.
Ingredients of Gobi Ka Paratha
- Cauliflowers (Small)- 2
- Chopped Green Chilies- 3
- Chopped Onion- 1
- Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste- 1 tsp
- Dhania Powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- Salt as Needed
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 25 minutes Servings 4 How to make Gobi Ka Paratha
- Cauliflowers need to be finely chopped.
- Add some salt and then mix it properly. Put it aside for 10 minutes.
- Take the mixture in small quantities and squeeze out all the water from it .
- Drop in dhania powder, onions, jeera powder, chili powder, ginger paste, green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Mix it all together and add salt as per taste.
- Make the dough as you would for a chapatti.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it and put some stuffing on it.
- Close it again into a ball and now roll it into a paratha.
- Fry the paratha in a heated up griddle.
- Brush it with ghee while frying.
- Best serve it hot with some curd.
