Brief Description
Meat Parathe is a popular dish for breakfast. It is best in taste if it is served with curd or any kind of pickle. If you have never tried it, try it for once at least.
Ingredients of Meat Paratha
For Dough
- White Flour- 1 cup
- Wheat Flour- 1 cup
- Oil- 2 1/2 tablespoon.
For Stuffing
- Mince Meat- 1/2 KG
- Ginger and Garlic Paste- 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 3
- Salt Acc to Taste
- Oil as Per Requirement
- Eggs - 2
- Lemon Juice- 1 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped 1 small onion
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves- 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Mint Leaves- 1 tablespoon
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 30 minutes Servings 4 How to make Meat Paratha
- Mix both types of flour, oil, and water in a bowl. Knead it well to make dough. Cover it with wet muslin cloth and keep aside.
- Wash meat properly, squeeze out all water from meat, add garlic and ginger paste, lemon, and salt to it, mix it well and hang it till all water dries up.
- Now add onions, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, garam Masala, and mint leaves. Mix all this very well.
- Now make 7-8 rolls from dough, give them disc shape, place 3 tablespoon of meat into the middle of the Parathe, break egg and beat it, pour 2 tablespoon of egg on to the meat.
- Now collect all the sides of the Parathe.
- Make a thick mixture (a kind of paste) from white flour and water. Seal all the edges of the Parathe.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining rolls.
- Now preheat griddle, place one Parathe upon it, apply oil on its edges.
- Cook on both sides till the color changes to light brown.
- Cook remaining Parathe also in the same way.
