Brief Description
Follow this recipe and learn how to make a keema paratha. It is very popular breakfast recipe which is bread and meat all rolled into one.
Ingredients of Keema Paratha
- Whole Wheat Flour- 3 cups
- Masala Kheema (made from 1/4 kg minced beef)- 2 cups
- Ghee for Frying
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 25 minutes Servings 4 How to make Keema Paratha
- Prepare smooth and soft dough and keep it aside for an hour.
- Make masala keema as per its recipe.
- Make equal size balls out of the dough and roll them into flat circle shape.
- Put some of the masala keema on the center of it and then seal it all in by bringing the edges closer and pinching them together.
- Then roll out them again in bigger shape with 7-8” diameter. You can roll out as many as you need and keep them with a cling film between each of them.
- Now heat up a griddle and fry the parathas. Brush them with ghee on both sides and fry till they are golden brown.
