Brief Description
Follow this recipe and learn how to make a mughlai paratha. It is very popular breakfast recipe which goes well with pickles and curd.
Ingredients of Mughlai Paratha
- Maida- 300 gm
- Eggs- 2
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Salt as Required
- Oil For Frying
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 30 minutes Servings 4 How to make Mughlai Paratha
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a big bowl.
- Pour in 2 tbsp of oil and rub the flour with it.
- Add in little quantities of water from time to time and make soft dough.
- Make 8 equal size balls out of the dough and roll them into flat shape.
- Apply some oil and shower it with some flour and fold it into a half circle.
- Repeat the procedure again and fold it lengthwise.
- Now roll it into a square shape.
- Break the eggs and whip them up and brush the paratha with it.
- Now turn each corner towards the middle.
- Heat up oil in a tawa.
- Cook the paratha on it, applying more oil if needed along the edges.
- Fry until both sides turn golden color.
