Brief Description
Shahi paratha is a special kind of Keema Parantha. It could be veg/ non veg. You can have this paratha with yogurt or any kind of chutney.
Ingredients of Shahi Paratha
- Chicken Keema- 250 g
- Maida - 250 g
- Chana Dal- 150 g
- Garlic Paste- 2 tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 2
- Salt Acc to Taste
- Oil - 250 ml
- Lemon Juice- 2 tablespoon
- Pepper Powder- 1 tablespoon
- White Portion of Eggs - 3 Eggs
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 25 minutes Servings 4 How to make Shahi Paratha
- Boil Chana dal and chicken keema. Let it cool for some time.
- Using your hands mix all the ingredients except egg whites and maida. Keep aside the mixture.
- Take maida and egg whites in a bowl, and make soft dough. Use oil if required. Water should be avoided.
- Keep dough aside.
- Now stuff the paratha with chicken keema.
- Cook from both sides properly.
- Serve it with yogurt.
