Chicken Reshmi Kebab
Brief Description
Chicken Reshmi Kebab gets its name from succulence and juicy meat. It is really very tasty dish. It is generally served with chutney or yogurt along with hot Nan.
Preparation Time 30 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Chicken Reshmi Kebab
- 200 Gms – Beaten curds.
- 100 gm - Besan
- 150 gm – butter
- Chicken Keema - 2 cups
- Paste of garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paste of ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
- Finely chopped green chilies - 1 teaspoon
- Oil for brushing
- Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon
How to make Chicken Reshmi Kebab
- Mix butter with garlic and Besan. Stir it well and cook.
- Keep the mixture aside to cool and then add curds, ginger garlic paste, salt, and garam Masala.
- Now cut pieces of chicken like tikka and marinate them into the mixture.
- Place this tikka onto the seekhs and cook upon the preheated Tandoori grill.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Some Useful Tips
- One can increase or decrease the quantity of green chilies into the chicken according to your taste.
- The chicken can be greased with butter and can be cooked in an oven instead of following the above process.
