- Ricotta Cheese - 600 gms
- Milk – 1lt.
- Sugar - ¾+½ Cup
- Orange Food Color - ¼ tsp
How To Make Ricotta Rasmalai
- The cheese should be placed in a thin cloth. The cloth should be squeezed to drain the water completely.
- Put the cheese in the mixture and add three-fourth cup sugar and blend it until it becomes smooth.
- Make even layers and put it on the baking tray and make sure that the thickness should be around one inch.
- Bake it for thirty to forty minutes at 300 degree Fahrenheit.
- Boil the milk in a pot and add half cup sugar, food color and cardamom powder and heat it at a low flame till the mixture is thick.
- Make the pieces of the baked cheese and mix it with the boiled milk. Stir for two minutes.
- Remove the preparation from the flame and cool it at the room temperature.
- Put the recipe in the refrigerator and serve the recipe cool.
