- Eight Rasgulla Logs
- One Recipe Sandesh
- Five Strands Of Saffron After Soaking In One Tablespoon Milk
- Half Tablespoon Chopped Almonds
- Half Tablespoon Chopped Pistachios
- One-Fourth Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Three Tablespoon Milk
- Two Banana Leaves
- One Tablespoon Pistachio Silvers For Garnishing
- Two Drop Color Of Saffron Food For Garnishing
How To Make Rasmadhuri
- Make eight boxes from banana leaves and keep all the boxes on one side
- Prepare Rasgulla logs just by following guidelines given on the site. Drain syrup and cut Rasgulla logs in the middle in order to separate them in two equal portions. Now, keep this Rasgulla logs on the other side.
- Separate sandesh in two identical parts
- Mix chopped nuts, cardamom powder and chopped nuts in one part of sandesh and combine ingredients well for Rasgulla preparation. Now, divide this mixture in eight portions.
- Pour milk on other part of sandesh and mix well to form smooth mixture
- Squeeze in one portion of sandesh and saffron mixture between two divided parts of every Rasgulla los and place them in boxes made from banana leaves.
- Use mixture of sandesh milk for decorating top of every box. Fill these boxes entirely with mixture and make uppers surface smooth enough using back of knife.
- Garnish your Rasmadhuri Recipe by making saffron color lines accompanied by pistachio silvers.
- Serve Rasmadhuri dish when it is chilled.
