Every recipes needs to be cooked with perfection. For that, purpose ingredients are use. Every dish need proper amount of ingredients to make the flavor of your choice. Pantuva is also very important dish that needs appropriate amount of elements for cooking. All of those ingredients are given below:
- Sugar 2 ½ cups
- Chenna 4 cups
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Raisins Handful
- Water 1 ½ cups
- Semolina Flour (Suji) ¾ cup
- Ghee 2 ½ cups
- Khoya 1 cup
How To Make Pantuva
There are some steps to make pantuva. It is as follows:
- Make thin syrup of sugar with water and sugar.
- Knead the semolina flour and chenna, make thick smooth paste by mixing ghee.
- Divide the entire mixture in twenty same portions.
- Roll them for the formation of balls.
- Stuff each ball mixture with raisins and khoya.
- Heat ghee and then fry all the balls of semolina flour and chenna until it turns into golden brown color.
- Drain it from oil, dip it into syrup for thirty minutes, and serve.
