- 500 grams of Parwal
- 250 grams of Sugar
- 50 grams of Whole Milk Powder
- 10 Fresh Green Pistachios
- 10 Almonds
- 450 grams of Fresh Khoya
- 1/4 tablespoon of Cardamom Powder
- Add Some Fresh Saffron Strands
How To Make Parwal Sweet
- First, crush fresh almonds and pistas in a mixer.
- Then, peel off the parwals and cut it lengthwise.
- Then, drop them in the boiling water and cook it for around 2-3 minutes.
- Now, drain the water and thoroughly squeeze out the water.
- Then, roast the khoya until it becomes of the light pink colour. Stir it continuously.
- Then, remove it from the fire and allow it to cool a little.
- Then, add the milk powder, pistas, crushed almonds, fresh cardamom and saffron.
- Now, stuff this tasty mixture into the each parwal.
- Then, prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistency with one cup of water.
- Then, drop sugar syrup in the parwals and cook it for around 2 minutes.
- Then, take it out in a proper way and keep it on a mesh.
- Now, cool and cover it with the silver foil.
