- A Half Kilogram Of Fish
- One Egg
- One Slice Of Bread
- One Teaspoon Of Paste Of Garlic
- One Teaspoon Of Paste Of Ginger
- One Cup Of Crumbs Of Bread
- One Or Two Pieces Of Green Chillies
- One Tablespoon Of Corn Flour
- One Teaspoon Of Garam Masala
- One Teaspoon Of Turmeric Powder
- A Bunch Of Leaves Of Coriander
- Salt In Accordance With Taste
- Oil That Shall Be Used For Frying
How To Make Fish Cutlet
- Turmeric powder along with salt must be rubbed and smeared on the fish. When five minutes are over, it should be washed.
- The fish must be placed on a hot water pan so that it can be steamed. The bones of the fish must be removed and gently mashed with the help of one’s own hands. The slices of bread should be soaked in some water and then the water must be squeezed out of it.
- Powder of garam masala and red chilli, green chillies, corn flour, coriander leaves, bread slice, salt and paste of ginger and garlic should be mixed and balls must be made from them that are the size of walnut. Then they must be flattened.
- Beat an egg. Pieces of cutlet should be dipped in the beaten egg. Then roll the cutlets in crumbs of bread.
- The oil must be heated on small flame in a pan. The cutlet must be fried in it until a brown color appears.
- Fish cutlet can then be served along with chutney and potato fingers.
