- 2 Tablespoon Of Oil
- Add Salt To Taste

- Paste Of Mustard
- Four Tablespoons Of Mustard Seeds

- Half Tablespoons Of Turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon Of Salt
- Some Water Which Is Cold
How To Make Pomfret in Mustard Sauce
- First, the fish must be cleant and cut in two pieces
- Then, prepare a paste of mustard by using all the required materials in a mixer and then blend them altogether.
