Brief Description
Spring dosa is popular dish of south Indian cuisine. It is considered to be nutritious for health and especially for kids. This dish can be prepared easily through quick recipy. Spring dosa can be served with sambhar as well as recipe of chutney. With this recipe you are going to have splendid Sunday.
Spring Dosa Recipe: Ingredients Required
- Sooji of Wheat (One cup)
- Sooji of Corn (One cup)
- Rave of Rice (half cup)
- Thick-Yogurt-(Curd) One cup
- 2-3 Tbsp Butter
- Salt.
Ingredients For Stuffing
- 2 cups of Moong (should be sprouted)
- Onion (should be chopped finely) half a cup
- 2 Tea Cups Of Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- Oil
- Salt
Spring Dosa Preparation: How To Make Spring Dosa
First of tava (should be non-stick) is heated. Further a little amount of water is sprinkled on. (Immediate sizzling happens). It is wiped off with the use of a piece of cloth. A quarter of batter is poured on tava (griddle) and it is spread in the circular motion. It should be turned to the size of 225 mm dosa size.
- One table spoon of butter is placed in the center of the dosa followed by addition of a quarter cup of onions, chopped cabbage, a quarter cup of carrots, capsicum. Salt as well as pepper is also added. After placing all the ingredients it is cooked for at least 2-3 minutes.
- One table spoon of tomato sauce is also added along with one tbsp of chlli-sauce, one tbsp of soya sauce, half spoon of vinegar, a quarter cup of noodles as well as two table spoons of onions greens. These are mixed well and are covered for a couple of minutes.
- Stuffing is spread on dosa evenly with the help of spatula. It should be cooked until it turns brownish as well as crispy.
- It is pressed lightly with spatula in order to make it a flat roll which should be cut into 4 equal pieces.
- Pieces are dosa are now placed in the place followed by placing with it the chutney of coconut, chutney of green garlic as well as sambhar.
- To make three plates the process should be removed several times.
