This mouth-watering stuff is the best-considered snack of eating in Navratri festival. Listed below are the ways involved in Saboodana Vada preparation along with methods and ingredients used in quantity to account complete procedure of preparing the recipe.
Ingredients for Sabudana Vada:-
- Saboodana About 1cup
- Peanuts (Coarsely Roasted & Crushed) About 1/2 cup
- 1 Potato (Mashed, Boiled & Peeled)
- Green Chilies (Crushed) About 7-8
- Salt For Taste
- Oil For Deep Frying
How To MakeSabudana Vada
- Wash properly sago and drain extra amount of water. Soak it until 2-3 hours.
- Except oil, add all the ingredients. Mix them properly to form a paste.
- Use deep frying technique to heat the oil in pan. Make the small amount of flat by moist hands.
- Heat the rounds on medium flame by sliding them one after other. Keep frying until they turn crisp and appear light brown.
- With the help of ladle having appearance of sieve drain them properly. Finis approximately 10 Vadas and serve them with help of peanut Chutney.

Some Useful Tips
Remember that oil should me moderately hot as if the extremely hotter oil can burn the outer of vadas and inner side will remain uncooked.
Sabudana/Sago should be soaked properly and completely. It should not have least amount of hardness left in sago.
Drain the water completely making them go dry. Drain entire water using sieve or colander. Mixture of saboodana vada recipe is dry. In case if there is any moisture present in the mixture than Saboodana Vada preparation will go, shapeless and they will turn soggy from inner side.Other Similar Recipes
