- Spicy Boondi quantity required 2 cups
- Boiled corn kernals 2 cups
- Chopped and seeded cucumber 1 large would be sufficient.
- Finely chopped and seeded tomato 1 cup large
- Chopped Onion 1
- Chopped Green chilli 1 (or if you want to make it spicier then add more).
- Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves quantity required 4 tsp.
- Peeled and Roasted Peanuts only ½ cup
- Fresh Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Chaat Masala as per the taste
- Sweet Tamarind Chutney quantity required ¼ cup.
How To Make The Recipe
- Initially take a round bowl clean and wash it properly and put cucumber,onion,tomato,green chilli and toss them well all together..
- Now once all is mixed properly start Adding spicy boondi, roasted corn, roasted peanuts, few coriander leaves, some lemon juice, chaat masala as per the taste and sweet tamarind chutney.
