- Kulcha, 2
- Finely Chopped Onion, 1
- Finely Chopped Green Chili, 1
- Finely Chopped Tomato, 1
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 teaspoon
- Grated paneer, 100 gm
- Oil, 3 teaspoons
- Red Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Coriander powder (to taste)
- Garam masala (to taste)
How To Make The Recipe
It is easy to prepare paneer kulcha. The Paneer Kulcha preparation does not requires much time. It is easily prepared though it may take some time to grate the paneer and prepare the dough.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a saucepan. Add onions and mix them well.
- Add spices (garam masala, red pepper, salt, coriander powder) when onions start turning light brown. Sauté the mixture.
- Add tomatoes and green chili in the mixture and sauté again.
- Add Grated Paneer and coriander leaves to the pan, mix it well and put the pan off the flames.
- Take a kulcha and spread the prepared ingredients. Place another kulcha over it.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil on a tawa and heat the kulcha, frying lightly on both its side.
- Serve the kulcha hot. You can cut the kulcaha into two pieces and garnish with coriander leaves.
