- Finelly chopped 1 small cabbage
- Normal Gram Flour 2 cups are sufficient
- Rice Flour 1 cup almost
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Asafoetida ¼ cups
- Curry Powder quantity required 1 tsp.
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp.
- Red Chili Powder 1tsp.
- Salt as per taste.
How To Make The Recipe
It is quite easy to make these cabbage pakkora .Cabbage pakora recipes include the following steps:
- Firstly make a thick batter by mixing all the ingredients properly with the help of sufficient water.
- Now on the flame take some oil in the pan for deep frying.
- Next with the help of a spoon drop the batter slowly and gradually into the heated cooking oil.
- Continue with deep frying unless the color changes to golden brown.

There are some points that you should always keep in mind, to make it a successful recipe.
- First in a mixer grinder grind all the ingredients properly and a half a cup of water and now serve this with the Pakora .This can go well with batata Vadas.
- It is advisable to use Ajwain or even carom seeds instead of cumin seeds.
- It is good to utilize a mix of pan cake in place of the two variety of flour. At times the flour causes sweetnesss, for that you can add red chilli powder to make the taste balance.
- It is also advisable to mix coleslaw with shredded carrots and cabbage .
