Yoghurt is the main ingredient of the recipe. However, you can add cashew, raisins to add taste. The ingredients required for Yogurt Kebab recipe have been mentioned below.
- Yoghurt, 1 liter
- Grated Cottage Cheese, 200gm
- Chopped Onion, 2 teaspoons
- Grated ginger, 2 teaspoons
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 teaspoon
- Cashew Nut Powder, 30 gm
- Chopped Raisins, 30 gm
- White Pepper Powder, 4 gm
- Cardamom Powder, 4 gm
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil, 1½ teaspoons
How To Make The Recipe
It is easy to make Yogurt Kebab preparation. The dish can be prepared quickly. However, care needs to be taken about the proportion in which the ingredients have to be added. This will ensure that the dish is prepared
- Drain the liquid from the curd by using a thin cotton cloth. Let it stand overnight.
- Add ½-teaspoon oil and heat it.
- Add ginger and onions in the oil and fry it lightly. Remove the mixture to a bowl
- Add 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and heat it. Add yoghurt, kebab and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Heat the mixture until all the oil is consumed.
- Remove it off the heat. Use coriander leaves to garnish it.
- Serve hot

Take the yoghurt in a thin cloth and hang it dry. For best results, let it stay overnight. This will ensure that water is completely decanted off any water. Another important thing is to take care that the spices are added in right proportion to ensure that the dish tastes good.
