Preparation Time Fifteen minutes Cooking Time Fifteen minutes Serves four serves Ingredients For The Recipe
- Take half tablespoon of cumin powder.
- Take two tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves.
- Take oil for deep frying oil.
- Take Besan almost six tablespoon.
- Salt as per your taste
- Two tablespoon of ginger, which is finely chopped.
- Take two tablespoon of chopped garlic.
- Take two-chopped green chilli.
- Take one-cup milk.
- Take 13/4 tablespoon of dry mango powder.
- One onion, finely chopped.
- Take cottage cheese(100 gm)
- Take two hundred gram of fresh corn “makki”.
How To Make The Recipe
- Firstly, grate the cottage cheese and blend the corn in a blender.
- Take a pan and put oil in it to heat. Now add garlic, ginger and fry for three-four minutes.
- Put the crush corn, and stir it and fry. Put salt in it and mix.
- Now, add milk in it and heat it. (to get a creamy mixture)
- When the corn is properly cooked, then turned it to a dish to cool.
- Then, add grated cheese .green chilies, onion, dry mango powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves. Put more salt, mix the ingredients well.
- For binding, add besan. If the mixture is getting thick then you can add milk in it.
- By using hand, prepare equal sized ball. Heat oil in a pan for frying the pakoras. Fry the pakoras till they turned into golden brown.
- Take the pakores out from the oil, use absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
