Brief Description
Sali Boti is a spicy, very tasteful and a tantalizing recipe. It is very tempting and has a perfect blend of flavors. It is a very delicious recipe and has very good taste and essence. It has been cherishing many people with its taste. It takes very less time to make a Sali boti recipe and the preparation time is also very less. Sali boti preparation makes it very easy to make flavorful recipes within minutes. Preparation of a Sali boti recipe takes a very less time and is very easy to make a Sali boti recipe.
Time of preparation 20 minutes Time of cooking 30 minutes Servings 4 people Ingredients For Sali Boti:-
- 1 kg cubes of chopped mutton
- 4 Tomatoes that are properly diced
- 4-5 Onions that are chopped finely
- 3-4 Green chillies that are properly chopped
- 1 Teaspoon paste of ginger and garlic
- 1/2 Tsp powder of Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp powder of Turmeric
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon of vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon of Jaggery
- 2-3 Tbsp of Ghee
- 2 Cup full of water
- Coriander leaves that are chopped finely
- Salt according to taste
For Sali
- 6-7 Potatoes of large size
- Oil for the purpose of frying.
How To Make Sali Boti
- Take oil or ghee in a pan and heat it
- Add onions to this oil and keep sauting till it turns golden
- Add powder of chilli and turmeric. Later add the paste of ginger and garlic in it
- Keep stirring it for one whole minute
- Add the cubes of mutton and keep it for cooking till the color of meat turns light brown
- Add green chillies that are chopped, water, salt and diced tomatoes
- Keep it for boiling
- On low heat keep it for cooking for 30 or 40 minutes
- Mix cinegar and jagerry in it
- Cook it for five minutes
- Keep it away from flame
- Take chopped leaves of coriander and garnish it
- Preparation of boti completes
- For making Sali, cut the potatoes into thin straws
- Soak them in salty water that is cchilled
- Drain out the water and keep the straws to dry
- Fry the pieces of dry straws in oil or ghee
- Remove excess oil and serve the Sali boti preparation
