Preparation Time Fifteen minutes Cooking Time Ten minutes Serves Four minutes Ingredients For Banana Twisters
- Two Cups Of Maida Or Flour
- Half Cup Of Banana Pulp
- Three Tablespoons Of Ghee
- Four Fifth Part Of Tablespoon Milk
How To Make Banana Twisters
- To make this recipe firstly you have to mix banana pulp, Maida and milk. Add some water to it to transform into dough.
- Divide the whole dough into the four portions
- Roll every portion in the form of thick chapatti and you can roll it with the help of rolling pin.
- In the next step, you have to spread the ghee on chapatti in well manner and after that, cut it into long strips and strips should be of half inch of length.
- Pick up every strip carefully and twist it gently.
- Place the strip in center of chapatti that is too much long in the length. After that cut it, into two halves portions the twisted.
- Fry all these strips in the hot oil until it turns to be golden color and crispy. You can bake it also instead of frying it but the temperature of the oven should be 180 degree Celsius and strips should be baked for approx 12 to 15 minutes. It can also be baked until turn in the color of light brown.
