Aloo Bhaja is a traditional and very delicious recipe of Bengal; it is very famous in Bengal. People of Bengal loved this recipe. It is also known as Bengal fried potatoes. Let’s learn how to make or prepare Aloo Bhaja by following this easy recipe.
Preparation Time Five minutes Cooking Time Thirty minutes Serves In 4 Ingredients for Aloo Bhaja
- Cut 4 large-sized Potatoes into thin strips.
- Take three green chillies and chopped it into fine pieces.
- Take one tablespoon black Cumin seeds.
- Take half tablespoon turmeric powder.
- Take one Red chilli (dry)
- Four tablespoon oil as per your requirement.
- Salt as per your taste or your requirement.
How To Make Aloo Bhaja
- Take a flat pan and heat oil in a pan, break red chilli in two pieces and
- Put it in pan.
- After putting the chilly, put cumin seeds when chilly turn into blackish
- Red. Allow cumin seeds to splutter.
- After putting the above ingredients, put potato strips, turmeric powder
- And put green chillies also.
- Now, potatoes fry for twenty seconds on high flame and then potatoes
- Fry on low flame till it tender.
- After frying the potatoes, add salt in it as per your taste. Properly stir
- The potatoes for one minute; and then put off the flame.
- Now the aloo bhaja is prepared and served hot aloo bhaja with rice and
- Dal.
