    Ingredients for Aloo Phulgobi Dalna

    • 4 Table Spoon Mustard Oil
    • 2 Medium Onions ( Chopped Finely)
    • 1 kg Cauliflower (Cut Into Medium Florets Size)
    • 1/2 Table Spoon Garam Masala (full)
    • 500 g Potatoes ( Cubed And Peeled)
    • 2 Table Spoon Ghee
    • 2 Bay Leaves
    • Red Chili Powder 1 Table Spoon
    • 1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
    • 4 Medium Tomatoes (Nicely Chopped)
    • 1 Table Spoon Cumin Powder
    • 2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
    • 1 Table Spoon Salt
    • 1 Cup Water
    • Oil For Fry

    Aloo Phulgobi Dalna

    How To Make Aloo Phulgobi Dalna

    • Take a pan; add oil as per recipe to fry. Fry the potatoes lightly when oil gets hot. Take out potatoes from pan, now fry the enough cauliflower and keep them aside.
    • Take another pan put some ghee in it. Add garam masala and bay leaves into it; fry them for a half mins. Add some chopped onion when you are getting smell of roasted masala and cook it until it turns translucent.
    •  Lighten the flame of gas and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder. Cook it nicely until smell of all powders comes out; add some amount of water to reduce sticking on the bottom of pan. Add mixture of fried cauliflower, potatoes and tomatoes in it. Cook it for 1 minute.
    • Add a tablespoon salt in it and cook it well. On a medium gas, add water up to 1 cup and put it on gas until vegetables turn cooked. If necessary, add salt into it. You need to stir it continuously. When curry turn dry remove it from gas.
