It takes Five minutes in preparation Cooking Time Thirty minutes Serves Five serves Ingredients For The Recipe
- Take one fourth cup Wheat Flour { Atta}
- One fourth cup crushed dry nuts and ground nuts
- One fourth teaspoon Cardamom
- One table spoon Ghee for taste
- One tea spoon powered suger.
How To Make The Recipe
- Take a pan with ghee. Heat it properly.
- Then, add wheat flour in the ghee then cook it at low flame up to three minutes till it shows its golden color.
- With out adding water grind dry fruits and nuts in the mixer.
- Use nuts like (almonds, walnuts roasted cashews, dried apricot, raisins roasted cashews, dried pineapple and sweetened coconut etc).
- In the warm Wheat flour add cardamom, ground nuts, tablespoon of crushed nuts and sugar.
- The mixture should be cooked properly for another two minutes.
- After rolling the mixtures into balls wait until they cool down.
- Use Almond slices to garnish it.
Some Useful Tips
Add raw nuts with unsalted dry roasted cashews for taste.
