Brief Description
Chilli Cauliflower is also popular as bajji and in few south Indian states it is also popular as pakora. This is one of the dishes that is prepared with many vegetables and that are deep fried. You can serve this dish during the lunch time or you can also serve this dish during the dinner time. Cauliflower bajji are sliced cauliflowers and these are wrapped in batter and then they are deep fried.
Time for preparation 15 minutes Time taken for cooking 20 minutes Number of people 6 people Ingredients For Chili Cauliflower Recipe:-
Cauliflower, Cut into florets- 1 medium sized
For Marinade
- Maida/All-Purpose Flour 2 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 1 Tsp
- Chili Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For Sauce
- Capsicum Sliced 1/2
- Onion Sliced 1
- Garlic Chopped 1 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Chopped finely 1/2 tbsp
- Chilies Slit In Two- 3-4 green
- Oil 1 Tsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 2 tsp
- black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to Taste.
To Garnish
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves N Spring Onions 1 tbsp
How To Make Chilli Cauliflower Recipe
- Foremost, you will be required to cut the cauliflower in various pieces and you should also chop the green chilies and onions.
- You should mix red chili powder, salt along with flour and you should prepare the thick batter.
- You will be required to dip the pieces of cauliflower into oil and then you should heat the oil.
- You should add green chilies and chopped onions and fry them until it attains the golden brown color.
- Now, you will be required to add fried cauliflower and you should sauté this mixture for few minutes.
- Now, you will be required to adorn this dish with coriander leaves and the dish is ready to be served.
