Brief Description
Stuffed Potatoes is a spicy dish with delicious stuffing is to be enjoyed at any course of time. It’s a nourishing dish which you love to cook for your children. You may use any of the stuff to fill this dish according to your choice or taste. Just look out how this delicious dish is to be cooked .You can easily bake potato stuff by watching the procedure.
Preparation Time Ten minutes Cooking Time Fifty minutes Serves Six serves Ingredients For The Recipe
- Take four potatoes of medium size
- Three fourth cup chopped Bell Pepper
- Three fourth cup of diced carrot
- Then take one cup of chopped onion
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- One teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Clove Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper Powder
- Four teaspoon Cream Cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon of Cardamom Powder
- And yoghurt sauce
How To Make The Recipe
- Peel potatoes, then bake them into the oven at 400 F for half an hour.
- For preparing the stuff heat some oil in a pan then add chopped slices of onion or diced carrot in it.
- Then add turmeric, coriander, powder and cardamom powder to it.
- Saute it for ten minutes and put chopped bell pepper in it.
- Saute it for 2 minutes. Add some water and cover it for few minutes
- Cook it for five minutes until bell peppers get soften.
- Then add some pepper, cream cheese and salt according to taste.
- After mixing all these things remove it from gas now your stuff get ready.
- Now take out the potatoes from oven and wait until it cools.
- Make a hole inside potato by scooping it.
- And add the stuffing of potato made by mashing the scooped potation in the hole..
- Then again put them into the oven at a temperature of 350F.
- . Grease the baking dish with oil and put the stuffed potatoes
- Use oven to cook them up to twenty minutes.
- Now enjoy this dish with sauce.

Some Useful Tips
Don’t use tin foil wile baking potatoes in the oven. Bake potatoes in oven around 400 F for one hour. Then add some salt in it after allowing it stem properly.
