To prepare chicken hyderabadi recipe you need to follow some easy instructions given below.
Cooking time 30 mins Preparation time 20 mins serves 4 persons Ingredients for Chicken Hyderabadi:-
- 4 Table Spoon Plain Yogurt
- 1200 Gram Chicken
- 3/4 Cup of Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Table Spoon Vinegar
- 10-15 Leaves Of Curry
- 4-1/2 Table Spoon Garlic-Ginger Paste
- 1/2 Table Spoon Saffron
- 3 Pieces Of Green Chilies
- Some Coriander Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 4-1/2 Table Spoon Hot Sauce
- 3-1/2 Lemons Juice( Freshly Squeezed)
- Water As Per Need
- 1 Table Spoon Red Chili Powder
How To Make Chicken Hyderabadi
- Wash your chicken properly, cut it into pieces, and put them into a large or open vessel.
- Take garlic - ginger paste and apply it on chicken properly as a coat.
- Now prepare a mixture of limejuice. Tomato ketchup, hot sauce, salt and mix it with chicken.
- Add yogurt, chili powder and vinegar into it.
- Take a skillet put some oil in it now fry green chilies and curry leaves, then put them aside.
- Add some amount of water with chicken put it on gas uncovered on a high flame for at least 10 mins.
- Now slow down the flame of your gas and properly cover it.
- Cook this mixture until gravy starts reducing and oil on the sides of skillet.
- Take it out from gas.
- Use green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves for garnishing it.
Some Useful Tips
Toss the chicken carefully without breaking it into small pieces. You can prepare it on wooden spatula. Cook it and toss it nicely until you can get dry pieces of chicken without curd.
