History of Theatre Pasta Theatre Awards

Established in the year 2007 and awarded for the first time that year itself, the key purpose to promote Theatre Pasta Theatre Awards was to give new insight to the theater arts prevailing worldwide. This award had been established by the Chilsag International Actor's Experimental Laboratory in USA that is also major promoter of this theater award. Notable aspects are that this theater award had been started for the promotion of the drama and theater art.

Three prominent organizations namely Chilsag International, Actor’s Experimental Lab USA and the Theatre Pasta took major steps through their equal contributions to support the idea of this award. As an important International Theatre Magazine and with the unconditional support it received from Midland Solutions London, UK, this award has got international recognition since its inception itself.

With an aim to recognize wonderful efforts of the theater artists, inception of the Theatre Pasta Theatre Awards solely focused on giving due recognition to amazing efforts of theatre artists. As the award is meant for global recognition, it targets the theater artists from around the world. This award has already boosted good number of theatre artists in the world through keeping their spirits alive. Such awards are given in various areas of drama and theater art. Some major ones include the Tony Awards, Drama Desk Awards, Laurence Olivier Awards, Obie Awards and Theatre World Award amongst others.
