The members of Jury Panel coming from all dimensions of society are very clear with the choice of films and those directors who had made such films in choosing the best for the year to give the award.
For instance, the Juries have given a verdict of not recommending any film or director to be named best for the year 2012, as in their consideration none of the films produced in Odishi language was propagating good social message or adding to the cultural richness.
