Chennai is the center in Tamil Nadu. It is situated on Coromandel Coast . A chief division of India's car industry is based in &around this town on which it has a nickname called "Detroit of India" .Its a significant hub used for Carnatic music & cultural events, mainly the yearly held Madras Music Season, where hundreds of performances are played many by artists.
