Panchchuli Glacier
This Panchachuli Glacier is located on the eastern side and extends for about 4260mts, nuzzling lowly in the coarse of the snow, one of the valley known as the Darma Valley. The district of Pithoragarh is enriched with copious spectacular grandeur which from Pithoragarh extends for about 134kms and from Dharchula about 35kms, for which the eventual conveyance is ultimate Sobla. To reach Panchachuli from Solicit takes about 40 kms long journey. The way to glaciers infest in an alluring view of the alpine meadows, ice capped peaks, sprouting streams and elevated tide and streams as well as an assortment of plants and animal life.

The establishment by the Dhauli Ganga, the entrance of the Darma Valley is Sobla. Over here in Sobla climbers get on with their haversack for trek. Now from here it will take a distance of about 40 kms which will cross the following villages, namely, Sela, Dar, Nagling, Dantu, Baaling in the valley of Darma, former Panchachuli glacier.
