Kalabaland Glacier
This Himalayan Kalaband Glacier is located in eastern part of Kumaon, Uttarkhand, India. It is located in the northern part of Milam valley and western part of Darma Valley. This has been aligned in North West direction towards south direction and it is present above the Yank char and Sankalp glacier. It joins with Yank char glacier and forms the Sankalp glacier. It is a comprehensive glacial system mix comprising of Kalganga and Kalabaland Burfu glaciers. It is having the approximate length of 14 kms and Bamba Dhura that is 6332 m is the peak surrounding it. Along with that Suli top 6200m, Trigal 5982, Kalabaland Dhura 6100 m and Suitilaa 6322 m are enclosing that. It has been perfectly nestled via Himalayan massif horse-shoe shaped and will be separating Lassar Yankti and Goriganga valleys. It will be lying to eastern part of the Milam Glacier. Its river will be originating via Kalabaland as well as Sankalp glaciers.

- Bamba Dhura-It is having the altitude of 6322 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Chirring We-It is having the altitude of 6550 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Suli Top- It is having the altitude of 6220 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Trigal peak- It is having the altitude of 5980 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Burphu: Dhura peak- It is having the altitude of 6140 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Suitilaa peak- It is having the altitude of 6270 meters and that is present above the sea level.
- Kalabaland Dhura peak- It is having the altitude of 6100 meters and that is present above the sea level.
How to Reach
This is one of the glaciers that is easily accessible via trekking and its route is as follows-
Munsiyari - Lilum to Pilthi to Sapodair to Ralam to Sankalp Glacier to Kalabaland Glacier.
