Parbatsar is located very adjacent to Jaipur and Ajmer. This division shares its border with both of the cities. Being very closer to both the famous cities, this division has some hopeful scope for development. Though a maximum portion of the population is engaged in agriculture but many of them are doing business. To increase the per capita income of this division, there is a calm and continuous contribution of the businessmen of the area. This area is well connected by state highways and national highways. Residents of Ajmer and Jaipur exchange the daily trade with this division. Climate of this division is normally hot. But the same changes in winter. In deserts, winters are extremely chilled. Annual rainfall is very less. It is self explanatory that in spite of less rainfall, how people survive on agriculture. Means of irrigation are sufficient in the area but water level is very low. Deep boring of tube wells and wells is required here. Major food grains, which are produced here, transported to Jaipur and Ajmer. To access this town one has to de-board at Jaipur railway station. From railway station, various sources of road transport are available till the division headquarters. For the passengers, coming via air route, Jaipur is the nearest airport. This airport is well connected with Delhi and routine flights are landed here.
