In Sagar district a tehsil is situated known as Rehli in the state of Madhya Pradesh. In comparison to females, the sex ratio of population of males is comparatively higher. The state of literacy is also not too promising. Although, the tehsil boasts of many educational centres but lack of awareness about the importance of education is impeding the growth of this tehsil. Few schools and colleges are set to open in the tehsil but before that it is necessary to take some steps and bring about awareness about the education and its importance. Availability of banks in the area ensures that people will not face any problems on this front and they will not have to rush to the city for every small banking work. There are primary health care centers in the area but they can only take care of basic ailments and vaccination services. For advanced care, residents of the tehsil need to visit the nearest town or city that offers specialized medical care. The government needs to provide better facilities to tehsil people. Besides agriculture, people carry out different jobs to support their families. Sanitation and cleanliness are issues that need to be looked into and steps should be taken to bring about an improvement.
