Gandhidham city is located in the Kachchh Distirct of the state Gujarat which is situated in the country India. This town was founded in the year 1950s for the settlement of refugees camps for the people who belonged from Sindh which is now a part of Pakistan. This place is one among the fast developing place in the entire Gujarat State. This city is developed keeping in mind the principles known as Vastu-shastra. The face of the city is directed towards East side. Summers are dry and hot and sometimes temperature rises up to 45 degree Celsius and in winters it can falls up to 3 degree Celsius as there are cold waves in winter season. There are numerous numbers of schools and colleges which provides higher education also. However, first school of English in this place is known Modern School. On the other hand Hindi Medium schools are situated in the middle part of this city known as Adarsh Mahavidhyalaya and Dr. C.G. High School. This place is now well-connected to via road and rails through which there are enough opportunities for the people to reach this place. This place is continuously developing in all sectors and the development rate in comparison to other places is good here.
