Shepur is a diminutive tehsil in the Sheopur district. It is situated in the central state of India, that is, Madhya Pradesh. The tehsil is though on the right track of development, it still has some scope to further improve its condition. There are primary health care centers in the tehsil. They only offer basic and cursory health facilities and for the facilities that one would need in an urgent situation are not to be seen here. They need to visit the nearest big city for the same. The tehsil also needs more educational institutions that offer basic and advanced education. There are several banks located in the area. Hence, people need not rust to the nearest city for any bank related tasks. The people of this tehsil are very diligent. Since agriculture and farming activities are seasonal nature, they have to look for secondary jobs to sustain their families. Moreover, the tehsil also enjoys basic facilities like pure and clean drinking water, electricity, telephone, mobile network, postal services and many more. These services have brought the tehsil at par with other areas in the vicinity. The town has all the basic necessities.  The government and non governmental agencies need to gear up for providing more advanced care.
