- Half Cup Of Boiled Sprouts Of Moong Or Seasoned Form Of Usal
- ½ Cup Of Yellow Pea
- 1/2 Section Of Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Of Lemon Juice
- Some Amount Of Shev
- 1/4 Cup Of Chivda
- Some Amount Of Cilantro Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Of Curd
- 2 Cups Of Water
How To Make Dahi Misal
- Mix the combination of yellow pea and moong sprouts after addition of water in proper amount tom initiate Dahi Misal preparation. After interval of 12 hours start draining the extra amount of water from solution and keep it for another 12 hours after covering the mixture with a lid.
- After the oil has started heating, you should add the ingredients like lemon juice, masalas and onions after mixing them properly. Continue the heating process and just as the onion seems fried add spouts to it.
