Odisha Dalmia Dharamsala
The Dalmia Dharamsala is a very famous building that is located in the old town of Bhubaneswar. It is three storey building, and can offer temporary accommodation to the visitors and other pilgrims. Currently, this building is under the responsibility of the Board of Trustees. It is situated exactly in Tala Bazaar Chowk. This is a private property and is surrounded by a big paddy field on the eastern side. On the western side there is a tank called Bindusagar. Apart from that, there are private residential buildings in the north while another Dharamsala in the south.
History
The history of this building dates back to 1920 AD when it was commissioned by Rai Bahadur Sedmull Dalmia. The Dharamsala was also named after him. Since then, it has served as a residential place for large numbers of people from different parts of the country.

The Dharamsala is well connected by roads and there are many buses and autos that run near to this destination. Moreover, it is not far from the Old Bhubaneswar Railway station.

People come here at different times of the year. However, it is filled up during special occasions in the nearby temples.
